Pure Jojoba Oil

pure jojoba oil

Why is pure jojoba oil so prevalent on the market? Shouldn't there be more creams and shampoos than the oil itself? Not really. Jojoba oil is still a relatively niche market. Because of this, not many manufacturers have picked up the use of this oil nor do they have an extensive line up of them. The exception is Crabtree and Evelyn. But pure jojoba oil is so much cheaper than branded products.

So most of the time, when you go shopping for jojoba oil, you will come across pure jojoba oil. This is particularly true when you go shopping at Amazon.co.uk. The truth is though, most people simply prefer to mix up their own concoctions.

And why not, its much cheaper that way. After all, pure jojoba oil lasts a long time due to its superior Oxidative Stability Index. And not much is needed for moisturising purposes due to its waxy nature.

Most jojoba oil products on the market are also quite pricey. You are not just paying for the oil itself but a host of other ingredients not to mention branding, manufacturing, marketing and distribution costs.

In the end, pure jojoba oil is a much more viable alternative than off the shelf products. I recommend you give it a try.
